The transaction, which advances CCCs auto parts strategy, will lead to the creation of the CCC Pinnacle Yard Management solution, a powerful system for yard management, repair management and parts eCommerce. CCC and ASA announced plans to begin integrating ASAs Pinnacle Professional solution with the CCC TRUE Parts Network in July 2014.
