Addressing webinar attendees will be Rebecca McWilliams, an attorney and licensed architect. She focuses her practice on assisting design professionals by providing contract reviews, business entity advisement, risk management evaluations, claims monitoring, and related legal services. She has extensive hands-on expertise with BIM and sustainable design projects. Prior to pursuing her legal career, she practiced architecture for 10 years, with a portfolio including single- and multi-family residential units, design-build retail, commercial offices, religious facilities, condominiums, and K-12 public schools.
After her presentation, there will be an interactive 10-to-15 minute question-and-answer session addressing relevant topics.
